The club was founded in 1982 by Fr. Burke, Bob Walsh, Johnny Horan and John Brosnan for the young people of the parish (Killeentierna parish includes the villages of Currow, Currans and Kilsarcon) and has been growing ever since.
September is usually when we start up and the club runs until April / May each year on Friday nights from 8pm – 10pm in Currow Hall.
Each year we are actively involved with games and variety competitions and on several occasions have progressed to, and won, All Ireland finals. On club nights we play basketball, indoor soccer , volleyball, chairball, uni-hoc and loads of fun games. As well as the club nights we also attend discos, go to the cinema, bowling , shopping trips , rugby & GAA games
