On Friday night last March 20th, 148 Club Members attended the Flesk Mini Regions Disco in the River Island Hotel Night Club in Castleisland. The Disco was a huge success, and everyone had a great night. Leaders Kieran Glover, Moss Leane, Bridget O’Shea, Aisling O’Sullivan, Lorna O’ Shea, Erin O’Connor and Sorcha O’Connor were in charge We would like to thank the River Island for the use of their Night Club.
On this Friday night there will be no normal Youth Club, instead our indoor Soccer Teams will train for Club day with Girls U15 and U18 at 8.p.m and Boys u15 and u18 at 9.p.m.
On Sunday next March 29th all roads will lead to the New John Mitchells Sports Complex in Tralee where the Youth Clubs County Games Finals will take place. Killeentierna will have one of our largest groups of Competitors ever travelling, with 48 Club Members taking their places on 7 Club Teams which will contest the U15 and U 18 Mixed Basketball, U 18 Quiz, U15 and U18 Girls Indoor Soccer and U15 and U18 Boys Indoor Soccer Finals.The Bus for Competitors for the Finals will leave Currow at 11.30a.m and Garveys Castleisland at 11.45a.m.
